Industry
  • Experience across a broad range of industries equips me to evaluate businesses in a variety of sectors

  • Especially interested in B2B services, home services, and light manufacturing

  • Not pursuing retail / e-commerce, hospitality, or healthcare opportunities

The Process

I aim for an efficient and straightforward process, which can be completed in as little as three months, depending on the size and complexity of the business

STEP 1: Introduction

The seller provides a brief company overview and a summary of financial details

STEP 3: Further Analysis

Seller and I conduct detailed discussions, a site visit, and gather additional information

STEP 5: Due Diligence

A thorough review of the financial, operational, and legal aspects, and prepare legal agreements

STEP 2: Indication of Interest

I submit a non-binding offer with a price range to ensure alignment on both sides

STEP 4: Letter of Intent

I provide a non-binding document that outlines the proposed purchase price (no longer a range), deal structure, exclusivity terms, and other key elements

STEP 6: Close Transaction

Both parties finalize agreements, funds are transferred, and ownership is officially transferred
